LA COMISIÓN EUROPEA,

Visto el Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea,

Visto el Reglamento (CE) n.o 2368/2002 del Consejo, de 20 de diciembre de 2002, por el que se aplica el sistema de certificación del proceso de Kimberley para el comercio internacional de diamantes en bruto (1), y en particular su artículo 20,

Considerando lo siguiente:

En el anexo II del Reglamento (CE) n.o 2368/2002 figura la lista de los participantes en el sistema de certificación del proceso de Kimberley (PK) y de sus autoridades competentes debidamente designadas.

El 20 de julio de 2015, la presidencia del PK publicó una nota en relación con la adopción de la Decisión administrativa sobre la reanudación de las exportaciones de diamantes en bruto procedentes de la República Centroafricana. Los participantes y los observadores del PK alcanzaron un acuerdo según el cual la República Centroafricana podrá iniciar las exportaciones de diamantes en bruto tras la plena aplicación del marco operativo expuesto en el anexo de la Decisión administrativa.

El anexo II del Reglamento (CE) n.o 2368/2002 debe modificarse en consecuencia.

HA ADOPTADO EL PRESENTE REGLAMENTO:

Artículo 1

El anexo II del Reglamento (CE) n.o 2368/2002 se sustituye por el texto que figura en el anexo del presente Reglamento.

Artículo 2

El presente Reglamento entrará en vigor el día siguiente al de su publicación en el Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea.

El presente Reglamento será obligatorio en todos sus elementos y directamente aplicable en cada Estado miembro.
