    Domains and website

    The internet domains boe.es and boe.gob.es are the ownership of the Official State Gazette Agency.

    The Official State Gazette Agency reserves the right to make changes to its website without prior notice, for the purpose of updating, correcting, amending, adding or removing contents from the website or from its design.

    Frames

    The Official State Gazette Agency expressly prohibits the use of framing or the third party use of any other mechanisms that alter the original, design, configuration or contents of the website.

    Links or hyperlinks

    Users that intent to establish a hyperlink between their website and that of the Official State Gazette Agency must consider the following:

    • The existence of a hyperlink does not under any circumstances imply the existence of any relationship between the Official State Gazette Agency and the owner of the website on which the link exists, nor the acceptance or approval on the part of the Official State Gazette Agency of its contents or services. Therefore, they shall make no declaration nor let it be understood that the Official State Gazette Agency has expressly authorised the hyperlink nor that it has supervised or assumed in any way the services offered or made available on the website from which the link is established.
    • The Official State Gazette Agency shall not be responsible for in any way whatsoever not guarantee the quality, accuracy, reliability, correctness or morality of the contents or services of the establishment which may offer a hyperlink. The user assumes under their own exclusive liability the consequences or actions that may arise from access to the website from the hyperlink.
    • The website which establishes the hyperlink may not contain any trademark, designation, logo, slogan or other distinctive sighs belonging to the Official State Gazette Agency except those signs that form part of same hyperlink.
    • The website on which the hyperlink is established shall not contain information with unlawful content, content contrary to morals, generally accepted good customs or public order, nor may it contain content contrary to any third party rights.

  • General conditions of re-use

    The general conditions of re-use of the documents hosted on the Official State Gazette Agency website ae found at the following link: http://www.boe.es/informacion/aviso_legal/index.php and they link to any natural or legal person or entity (hereinafter, re-user) who, for commercial or other reasons, re-uses the information from same, merely by doing so.

    In particular they are permitted:

    • To copy and distribute the information contained herein.
    • To modify, adapt, extract from, rearrange and combine the information.
    • To reproduce, distribute, communicate publicly or process, where necessary to conduct the activities of the authorised re-use, in any form and any format, throughout the world and for a maximum period permitted by Law.

    Under these conditions:

    • It is prohibited to distort the meaning of the information.
    • The source of the documents subject to re-use must be cited. This citation must be made in the following way: "Origin of the documents: Official State Gazette Agency".
    • The date of the last update of the documents subject to re-use, provided that it was included in the original document.
    • It may not be indicated, insinuated or suggested that the Official State Gazette Agency participates, sponsors or supports the re-use made of the information.
    • The metadata on the update date must be stored and not altered or erased and the applicable conditions of re-use must be included, where applicable, in the document made available for re-use.
    • The legislative framework in force and in particular pertaining to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Law on Intellectual Property (Consolidated text in RDL 1/1996)

    The following documents are not included in the conditions of re-use:

    • Domains, logos and graphic elements and the manner in which they are presented
    • Elements whose intellectual property belongs to, or is shared with, third parties.

    Exclusion of liability

    • The re-use of data sets shall be carried out by users on their own behalf and at their own risk, and they shall be exclusively liable to third parties for any damages that may arise from same.
    • The AEBOE shall not be responsible for the use re-users make of the information nor for any damages or economic losses suffered that, directly or indirectly, lead to or may lead to economic, material or data loss, caused by the use of the information re-used.
    • The AEBOE does not guarantee continuity --although it will attempt to maintain it--in the provision of the re-useable documents, nor in their content nor form, nor does it assume any liability for any error or omission contained therein.

    Liability of the re-user

    The re-user shall be subject to the applicable regulation with regard to the re-use of public sector information, including the sanction regime set out in Article 11 of Law 37/2007, of 16 de November, on the re-use of public sector information.

  • About the Official State Gazette (BOE)

    Official State Gazette published from 1 January 2009

    The publication of the "Official State Gazette" from 1 January 2009 on the website of the of the Official State Gazette Agency has official and authentic status and said publications shall have full effect in accordance with those provided for in the Preliminary Title of the Civil Code and the remaining applicable standards.

    The text of the laws, provisions and acts published on the page Official daily edition Official State Gazette (BOE) shall have official and authentic status in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 181/2008, of 8 Februrary, on the ordering of the “Official State Gazette”.

    The text of the regulations issued by autonomous communities and published on this page "Official daily edition Official State Gazette (BOE)” shall have the status attributed to them by the respective Statutes.

    The Official State Gazette Agency guarantees the authenticity, integrity and inalterability of the official gazette published on the pages of the "Official daily edition Official State Gazette" website

    The Official State Gazette Agency guarantees universal and free access to the electronic edition of the Official State Gazette through open telecommunication networks.

    The Electronic Verification Code (CVE) found at the bottom right of the pages of the “Official State Gazette” allows for the authenticity of any page to be verified in printed form by matching it to the original electronic document. To do so, on the page "Official daily edition Official State Gazette (BOE)” you can enter the CVE and obtain the original document, signed electronically, directly from the Agency website.

    If due to an extraordinary situation and for technical reasons it is not possible to access the electronic edition of the “Official State Gazette” on the page “Official daily edition Official State Gazette (BOE)” the printed edition of the gazette guarantees its publication. The printed edition has the same legal value as the electronic edition.

    Daily publications of the “Official State Gazette” published prior to 1 January 2009.

    For the publications of the “Official State Gazette” published prior 1 January 2009 only the printed editions have official and authentic status.

  • About the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry (BORME)

    Editions of the “Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry” published from 1 January 2009

    Editions of the "Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry" published from 1 January 2009, on the website of the Official State Gazette Agency have the same effects as those attributed to the printed edition.

    The contents of the acts, announcements and legal notices of the electronic edition of the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry (BORME) are recognised to have legal status and effect set out in the Law on the Regulation of the Commercial Registry and the regulations established in Royal Decree 1979/2008, of 28 November, regulating the electronic edition of the “Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry".

    The Official State Gazette Agency guarantees the authenticity, integrity and inalterability of the contents of the electronic edition of the “Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry” published on the page Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry (BORME) and the correlation with its sources.

    The Official State Gazette Agency guarantees universal and free access to the electronic edition of the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry through open telecommunication networks.
